Malcolm Gladwell "Outliers" I haven't read this book yet but I am interested in it! I saw an episode of 60 minutes last night (guess who's DVR pick that is?) and he had a lot of interesting things to say about something called "redshirting". Redshirting is the act of holding your kid back from kindergarten until they are 6 instead of the usual 5 years old. Apparently this is giving them an advantage in life as they would be bigger, more advanced than their peers and better at sports (some parents would like to think). I had read another one of his books about a million years ago and remember really liking it, so I was wondering if anyone had read this one? Long distance book club suggestion!
